Refund & Cancellation Policy

At IndNursery, we take great pride in packing your plants securely. However, we understand that issues can happen during transit. Here is how we handle returns and refunds.

1. Live Plant Guarantee

Unlike non-perishable goods, live plants are highly sensitive. We generally do not accept returns for healthy plants because the stress of shipping them back often kills them.

Damaged or Dead on Arrival?
If your plant arrives significantly damaged or dead, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. You must share clear photos or an unboxing video via WhatsApp or Email. We will review the evidence and offer a free replacement or a full refund at our discretion.

2. Eligibility for Refund/Replacement

You are eligible for a refund or a replacement if:

  • The plant is dead or has snapped main stems upon arrival.
  • You received the completely wrong plant species.
  • Non-plant items (like pots, tools, or fertilizers) arrive broken, leaked, or defective.

Note: Minor leaf drop, yellowing leaves, or dry soil is normal during transit shock and does not qualify for a refund. Plants usually bounce back quickly with proper care and watering.

3. Cancellation Policy

We process orders quickly to ensure plants spend as little time in boxes as possible. You can cancel your order within 4 hours of placing it or before the item has been dispatched (whichever is earlier).

  • Pre-Dispatch Cancellation: Eligible for a 100% Refund.
  • Post-Dispatch Cancellation: Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been handed over to our courier partner. You may choose to reject the package at the doorstep, but the initial shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.

4. How to Request a Refund

To start a request for a damaged item, please follow these steps:

  1. Take clear photos of the damaged item, the shipping box, and the shipping label.
  2. Send the photos to our WhatsApp or Email along with your Order ID.
  3. Our team will verify the issue and respond within 24-48 hours.

5. Refund Timeline

Once a refund is approved by IndNursery, the amount will be processed back to your original payment method (Credit Card, UPI, Net Banking, etc.) within 5-7 business days.
