Shipping & Delivery Policy

At IndNursery, we know that getting your plants to you quickly and safely is the most important part of our job. This policy outlines our dispatch times, courier partners, and delivery expectations.

1. Processing & Dispatch Time

Because we ship live plants, we prioritize fast fulfillment. Orders are processed, securely packed, and shipped within 1 working day from the date of the order and/or payment confirmation (or as per the specific delivery date agreed upon at the time of order confirmation).

How We Pack Live Plants
We use specialized corrugated boxes designed for airflow and structural protection. The soil is secured to prevent spillage, and the foliage is carefully wrapped to prevent breakage. It is completely normal for a plant to look slightly tired or drop a few leaves after spending a few days in a dark box. Give it some water and indirect sunlight, and it will perk right up!

2. Shipping Partners & Tracking

The orders for the user are shipped exclusively through registered domestic courier companies (such as Delhivery, XpressBees, Shadowfax, etc.) and/or India Speed Post to ensure the fastest possible transit times across India.

  • Once your order is dispatched, delivery of our services will be confirmed on your registered email ID and/or mobile number as specified at the time of registration.
  • This confirmation will include a tracking link (AWB number) so you can monitor your package's journey in real-time.

3. Delivery Address

Delivery of all orders will be made strictly to the shipping address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase. Please ensure your pin code, phone number, and street address are 100% accurate. We are not responsible for packages returned or delayed due to incomplete or incorrect addresses.

4. Delays & Courier Liability

While we ensure your order leaves our nursery within 1 day, the actual transit time is subject to the courier company or post office norms (typically ranging from 3 to 7 days depending on your location).

Platform Owner (IndNursery) shall not be liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company or postal authority. We will, however, do our best to escalate any delayed shipments with our logistics partners on your behalf.

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of the plants/products in your cart, as well as the delivery destination.

If there are any shipping cost(s) levied by the seller or the Platform Owner (as the case may be), the same is strictly non-refundable in the event of a cancellation after dispatch or a return.
